Job Description

Job description:
Plan to develop annual amusement park business projects;
Due planning for developing business project of amusement park yearly
Search for rental space for new projects;
Searching for leased premises for new project
Negotiate site conditions and promote site leases;
Negotiate the conditions of premise leasing contract;
Plan and implement construction of new playground;
Due to planning, set up new amusement park
Other tasks related to project development as directed by superiors
The other related works of business development according to instruction of superior

Requirements:

No. of experienced year: Have experience in project development for 2 years or more
Have experience of business development for 2 years more

Must
Living in Ho Chi Minh City; or people who can move to work in Ho Chi Minh City
Living in HCMC; or can transfer to work in HCMC
Can go on business trips to the provinces
Can go business trip in provinces
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Having good communication & negotiation skills
Have office computer skills: word, excel, powerpoint
Obtain skills of MS Office of word, excel, pp

Salary: 15~40mil gross
