1.Work objectives:
• Consulting and sales (closing sales): Proactively start a conversation, find out needs, provide detailed information about products, sale programs, and after-sales so customers can easily buy products.
• Customer care: Resolve customer questions and problems quickly, reasonably and thoroughly, leaving customers satisfied and coming back next time.
• Contribute ideas and store development: Contribute ideas to colleagues and superiors to increase sales and customer service quality.
• Take photos and videos of stores and products upon request.
2. Job description:
2.1. Welcome and advise on closing sales:
2.2. Charge customers
2.3. Listen, advise and handle customers' questions, feedback and complaints (Exchange items, repair items, other complaints...)
2.4. Occasionally provide customer care support via Zalo when the Zalo consultant is off
2.5. Cleaning & display
2.6. Track outstanding customer orders
2.7. Receive and deliver items
2.8. Record all customer feedback and available samples and send to superiors.
2.9. Shift handover/end of shift at the end of the day.
2.10. Participate in work improvement meetings in the store. (if any)
3. WORK LOCATION: 228/15 Nguyen Hong Dao, Ward 14, Tan Binh District
4. WORKING HOURS: Working hours 9:00 - 13:00 or change shifts as arranged by management

Appearance: Doesn't matter if you're fat or thin, just clean, neat, easy to sympathize with.
Know how to use basic Word and Excel (data entry, text typing).

Official salary: 30,000 VND/hour + Bonus (3% based on sales revenue).
