- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
■Requirement
- Good level of English should be such that the candidate can communicate easily. Also writing skills needs to be at same level.
- Basic Computer knowledge. Understanding of terms like: Web, desktop, mobile (android/iOS).
- Experience in using Conference call applications like: Skype, Zoom, Teams is a plus
- 1-3 year(s) of other IT experience, knowledge and skill
■Salary : $1000~1200 USD gross

Working time:Monday – Friday (2PM – 11PM)
