Job Description

- Track and account for daily sales revenue and expenses of shops, control orders

- Reconcile receivables and payables (on PM with the Floor, PM with units)

- Responsible for data entry and tracking of daily transaction accounting.

- Reconcile the ending balance with the bank's sub-ledger.

- Manage inventory (Import - Export - Stock) on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok,...).

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing orders and product inventory.

- Store documents and records according to regulations and scientifically

- Other tasks assigned by the chief accountant and higher management when required.

Candidate requirements

- Gender: Female, age 24-35

- Ethics: Honest, careful, meticulous, agile, responsible for work, desire to stick with the business

- Qualification: University or college graduate, priority given to graduates in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Finance, etc.

- Have 02 years or more experience in the field of e-commerce accounting, experience in general accounting is an advantage.

- Desire to develop in depth in the field of Accounting to KTTH, KTT

- Skills: able to work independently, good office skills, especially proficient in Excel and word.
