Processing
- Survey the Company's available housing resources by District on the Thien Khoi app (proactive time)
- Search for customers who want to buy a house (trained, provided with search tools)
- Consulting and introducing products suitable to customer needs
- Support customers to view houses, check planning, legal, investment consulting, construction,... (No experience will be trained in standard procedures within 1 week)
- Weekly and monthly participation in training programs from theory to practice, improving professional skills, aiming for professionalism (study online or directly at headquarters)
- Coordinate and discuss work with Team Leader and Department Head to close deals.
