Managing and building corporate culture.
Drafting regulations, policies, and conduct in the workplace.
Check the implementation of regulations to form and maintain the company culture.
Advise and propose to the Board of Directors the signing, extension, and termination of probationary contracts and labor contracts for employees.
Resolve complaints, conflicts and disputes about internal labor relations with employees.
Proposing and making decisions on disciplinary action and responsibility for personnel who violate the Company's regulations.
Ensure legal compliance in human resource management activities.
