Job Description

Job summary
- As a member of the Information Technology department, the employee holding this position plays the role of supporting the daily work needs of the enterprise in using the IT system. This position provides end-user technical support with regard to computer hardware and application software issues to ensure consistently excellent customer service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical support for requests, arising problems related to computer systems, software and hardware.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Prepare training materials.
- Training for computer users.
- Maintain the daily performance of the computer system.
- Respond to emails from customers who are in need of help.
- Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem.
- Educate customers on troubleshooting procedures.
- Install, modify and repair computer software and hardware.
- Clean up the computer.
- Run diagnostic programs to solve problems.
- Solve technical problems for Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up closely with customers to ensure the problem has been completely fixed.
- Collect feedback from customers about the experience of using computers.
- Run reports to identify problems that continue to occur.

Request:
1. Professional qualifications:
- Graduated from high school/college/university majoring in Information Technology or related discipline

2. Working experience:
- At least 1 year of practical experience in related jobs and working experience in large financial services companies will be preferred

3. Knowledge:
- Knowledge of technical support for desktop computers
- Knowledge of Finance - Banking is an advantage

4. Skills:
- Interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English to understand problems and instructions written in English. Able to communicate in English is an advantage

5. Attitude:
- High sense of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to work under high pressure to keep up with work progress
