Job Description

To expand the scale of personnel, GCO Software needs to recruit talents in the position of IT Support , specifically as follows:

Job duties:
- Technical support for customers in the process of using Website, Hosting, Email, VPS services
- Periodically check the system, notify when a problem is detected and work with the team to study the solution
- Responsible for storing, managing and operating directly or indirectly all related tangible and intangible assets of the Group such as: Email, customer data, google account, switchboard account , FB accounts, youtube accounts, page accounts, website accounts, and other software accounts that the company has been using...
- Install and support users to use application software systems: Google workspace (gmail, calendar, google drive), Microsoft365 (Office365, Onedrive, MS Team ...), Facebook workplace, VoIP switchboard and other supporting software other office support.
- Proficiently install and understand software used on Windows, Ubuntu, MAC OS for technical block: Visual Studio Code, SQL, Navicat, Notepad++, Docker Desktop, IIS, PHP, Python, GitHub...
- Manage Users on Microsoft365 systems; Microsoft Active Directory (for multi-site company), GPO, WSUS, LDAP; McAfee ePO System; Email System; CRM, ERP, Backlog, VPN,…
- Detect and handle hardware, software, and network related problems.
- Other professional jobs as arranged by Team Leader.

Job requirements:
- Knowledge of Web server, mail server. Having worked in IT Support is an advantage.
- Know how to use and check website errors on related languages: PHP, Jquery, javascript, HTML, CSS, ...
- Know how to use / have at least 3 months of experience in Control Panel Hosting: Cpanel, Plesk, Directadmin, VestaCP,
- Have knowledge and understanding of Domain, DNS, DNS record pointing configuration, TCP/IP.
- Ability to work independently and good team coordination.
- Customer service skills. Good communication and problem solving ability.
- Read and understand specialized English documents.
