■ Job content:
-Implement the recruitment process, from job posting, coordinating test/interview procedures, sourcing candidates... to effective recruitment for assigned positions.
-Develop effective channels to find human resources to meet the company's recruitment needs.
-Update recruitment trends, channels and techniques to propose improvements to the recruitment process.
-Manage relationships with companies introducing personnel, develop recruitment methods through recruitment agencies to improve recruitment efficiency; Propose and execute recruitment events.
-Manage posting on company pages and various media. Plan and manage recruiting events and seminars.
-Track the effectiveness of the recruitment & referral process, research and update new hiring practices, and use data to refine and improve the process.
-Support HR in daily operations of the department and general administrative work.
-Responsible for organizing CSR programs and activities of the company, coordinating with HR & Admin department to organize company events and activities to build company culture and connect people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
***Required:
- Japanese language ability: N2-N1
- Salary: Negotiable according to ability
- Experience: From 2 years
***Priority requirements:
- Experience in self-planning and implementing plans to achieve the set results.
- Recruiting experience in IT / Web industry
