- Develop and maintain Java Spring web applications.
- Analyze and provide technical solutions for assigned projects.
- Participate throughout the stages of Analysis, design, development and application testing.
- Ensure work progress and quality and report regularly to management.
- Have experience leading teams of 3 - 5 people to participate in outsourcing projects.
- Participate in training new employees and writing technical documents.

- At least 3 years of experience developing Java with Spring Boot.
- Have 1 year or more leadership experience.
- Proficient in HTML5/CSS3/Javascript. Can create responsive web pages (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, etc…).
- Proficient in building and using web services, API (XML, JSON).
- Know how to Unit test the products you make.
- Proficient in using at least 1 database management system (MySql, PostgreSql, MSSQL, Oracle etc.).
- Have good programming mindset, ability to self-study and learn new technologies on web platform.
- Have teamwork skills, can withstand pressure at work and have a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to solve problems independently, have the ability to analyze requirements and provide solutions to solve difficult problems at work.
Desired skills if any:
- Able to work proficiently on Linux, AWS environment
- Have knowledge of VueJS.
