Job Description
- In charge of sales support work at the company:
- Receiving orders from customers (zalo, mail, phone)
- Check mail, phone, Zalo regularly, if you see an order arising, you must update the order to notify the warehouse department to deliver (close the goods) to the customer.
- Enter orders on amis software and issue coupons.
- Summarize total orders and send to purchasing department
- Get the warehouse receipt for the debt accountant to issue invoices.
- Save sales vouchers according to daily file files
- Receive feedback from customers. Handle within the scope of authority duties and management reports.
- Working with customers when needed.
- Clean up and arrange the desk neatly, turn off the computer and printer after before leaving.
- Report weekly work to the board of directors.
- Make retail orders/
