˗ Monitor and account for raw materials, supplies, goods, and finished products at the Factory (inventory, export, import during the period). Update daily data of purchased goods and raw materials.
˗ Track fixed assets and depreciation of fixed assets, track CCDC.
˗ Monitor the use of materials and goods according to norms, detect unreasonableness and waste during use.
˗ Proficient in using accounting software, Excel.
˗ Control the import and export of raw materials and goods, arrange goods, raw materials and supplies.
˗ Supervise and check warehouse keepers in the preservation and distribution of materials and finished products.
˗ Periodically or unexpectedly inventory the actual inventory of materials and finished products compared to the book data and have a plan to adjust if there is a mismatch.
˗ Coordinate with the production department to inventory materials and unfinished products on the production line.
˗ Perform other tasks as requested by superiors
