- Accounting revenue/expenditure, depreciation, recording VAT/CIT, etc.
- Monitor and manage debt
- Check the import and export status of goods, raw materials
- Make monthly reports (e.g. tax reports, tax returns...), internal reports as required (revenue and expenditure reports, revenue and profit reports, etc.)
- Accounting for depreciation of fixed assets
- Prepare reports and papers in accordance with regulations such as: VAT declaration, corporate income tax, use of quarterly invoices...
- Synthesize accounting data, make a balance sheet arising from economic transactions
- Check and compare the data with the ledger
- Check the ending data (check the balance, check the balance at the beginning - end of the period...)
- Prepare relevant administrative documents (tax finalization declarations, financial statements, management reports, etc.)
- Know how to use Misa software
