3. Operating skin care equipment and products

• Proficient in using skin care equipment and machines (steamers, deep cleansing machines, lifting machines, etc.).
• Understand cosmetics and skin care products and ensure correct use for each client.

4. Cleaning and maintenance of equipment

• Ensure tools, machinery, and work areas are always clean and sanitized according to procedures.
• Check and maintain machinery regularly to avoid damage.

6. Professional working attitude

• Maintain a polite, gentle and friendly working style with customers.
• Quickly and effectively handle situations that arise during customer care.

7. Customer reporting and management

• Store customer information, note performed treatments.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly work as required by management.
