Processing
- Mainly responsible for designing the functional layout and exterior shape of townhouses, villas or mansions
- Directly discuss and answer customer questions about the area of responsibility throughout the design process.
- Ensure design document progress according to assigned plan
- Coordinate with teams to ensure the profile is of good quality when released.
- Have experience in the position in the segment you are applying for (experience through each product you work on, not just the number of years of experience)
- Skills in using software: 3DMax, Corona, Sketchup, Autocad,... Software is not required if the finished product has good quality compared to other software
- Continuous improvement mindset: Actively learn more knowledge to serve the job. Have passion for the job and proactively seek creative ideas.
