Carry out project bidding documents: Check quantity take-off table; create detailed construction schedule; check material sample table
Find suppliers and subcontractors: search and expand sources of subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate costs, construction progress, payment progress
Project progress and construction quality management: monitor and control progress and construction quality of the project and workshop; resolve and handle issues arising during implementation.
Project volume and cost management: monitor and control actual construction volume; control acceptance and settlement volume of parties
Salary negotiable based on candidate's ability
Use English to communicate and work with foreign partners
Understanding of interior materials
Proficient in specialized software
Can go on business trips to the province and abroad
