Processing
- Technical support for end users via phone, email, chat
- Perform troubleshooting on user workstations and office equipment such as printers, televisions, security related equipment
- Support moving and building desks, working closely with stakeholders in the business
- Escalate issues and incidents to the next level of support, including other IT teams
- Ensure warehouse is organized and responsible for inventory management
- Forward end user feedback and/or suggestions to appropriate internal teams
- Identify and recommend potential improvements to solutions and processes
