Review detailed construction design drawings, shop drawings, and BPTC before construction;
Detailed progress tracking is established from the overall progress milestone, daily and weekly progress warnings, and late progress;
Deal with delays and take corrective measures to meet committed deadlines;
Acceptance of construction volume according to reality;
Ensure construction works are of correct design quality;
Control the labor safety and environmental sanitation work of contractors during construction to ensure safe construction;
Plan daily work implementation on site;
Report on the results of the previous day's construction site work;
Objective focal point to organize the resolution of problems and conflicts of contractors at the construction site without affecting the quality, progress and costs of the Investor;
