- Check design documents and technical criteria (Specs)
- Proactively make a plan to control the quality plan of materials with the supply department
- Prepare project quality management plan
- Organize the control of input materials and equipment of the project
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of material quality management at construction sites;
- Planning and organizing the acceptance of materials and equipment with the Investor and supervision consultant;
- Organize and control the work related to the testing of materials during the construction of the work items;
- Organize and control the making of material quality management records by personnel under their authority;
- Organize the collection of material quality management documents and submit them to the project management board to make a material quality management dossier at the end of the project;
- Organize and control the storage of material quality management records at the end of the project;
