- Understand and remember about the skin characteristics of guests.
- Responsible for the quality of customer service (clean rooms, bed sheets are always ready to serve guests...)
- Get the work assignment schedule for the day.
- Consult more products for customers if they have needs (coordinating consulting, supporting sales staff).
- Extract and quantify products according to the correct process.
Clean the massage area before and after receiving the shift.
- Receive, classify tickets and report at the end of the week and month to the manager.
- Save full customer information and notify sales staff what needs to be resolved immediately. Report to the meeting every morning and at the beginning of the shift.
- Careful, meticulous, thoughtful, always learning and improving professional skills.
- Receive feedback from customers to resolve quickly, ensure customer satisfaction and in accordance with company regulations.
- Support the doctor in treatment, carry out the treatment according to the doctor's protocol.
- Expand potential customers through old customers.
- Always smiling, talking softly, politely, welcoming guests warmly and thoughtfully.
