The current personnel policy for official employees in ZinZa Technology company is as follows:
1. The company provides working equipment for all official employees (including probationary employees)
2. Total annual income: 14++ months salary
3. ODC project allowance for Programmers. When joining the project starting from the 4th month onwards
4. Japanese language allowance and related IT certificates (form: monthly allowance, exam cost support, salary increase...)
5. Seniority bonus for employees who have been with the company for a long time up to 10 million/time. Holiday/Tet bonus twice a year (New Year/Company's birthday)
6. Company-wide health check-up every June
7. Salary increase based on ability and work results: 2 times/year (Friday and December)
8. Participate in Clubs officially sponsored by the Company: Football Club, Game Club, Hobby Club, participate in birthday parties, quarterly team building, company extracurricular activities...
9. Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Closed on Saturday and Sunday). Flexible working hours
