Job Description

Receive and work directly with customers in Japan to collect requirements and develop projects.
Report on work progress and project related issues.
Investigate, analyze and resolve issues arising in the project.
Propose and advise technical solutions suitable to customer requirements.
Update and apply new technology into product development process.

Candidate requirements:

Experience: 4.5 years or more
Education: Graduated in IT or related field
Technique :
- Proficient in PHP (Laravel, Codeigniter,...)
- Experienced in HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
Language :
- Good communication and listening skills in Japanese, level N3 or higher.
Soft skills :
- Good communication skills, effective teamwork or independent work.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Learning ability :
- Ability to self-study and learn new technology.

Working conditions

Location : Binh Thanh District, HCM
Working time :
- Monday to Friday (legal holidays).
- From 9:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break). Hybrid only goes to the office 2-3 days/week.

Recruitment process:

Scan CV check -> 1-2 rounds of online interviews via Zoom (case by case).

Interview with Japanese side (information, project, experience, mindset,...), there will be additional Vietnamese support (no test)
