- Develop plans for the ROBOTNEXT brand and sub-brands based on the company's strategic positioning and goals.
- Build and manage a consistent brand identity system across communication channels, products and markets.
- Research and evaluate competitor brands and market trends to optimize positioning strategy.
2. Implement Digital Marketing activities
- Build and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, Email Marketing).
- Develop omnichannel advertising and communication programs to develop the Vietnamese domestic market and support recruitment.
- Measure and optimize ROI on digital platforms.
3. Applying technology and AI to Marketing
- Develop and apply AI tools to collect, analyze and exploit customer and market data.
- Optimize customer experience through AI-driven content and personalized marketing messages.
- Promote MarTech solutions (Marketing Automation, Data Analytics) to optimize costs and improve campaign performance.
4. Team and budget management
- Recruit, train and develop Marketing team.
- Plan budgets, control costs and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
5. Partner coordination and management
- Work with agencies/freelancers, media and technology partners to implement Branding and Digital Marketing projects.
- Coordinate with Sales and Product Management departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
