■Job description:
- For candidates: Search to create sources / contact / schedule interviews.
- Report the results of the interview.
- Follow up the candidate's probationary process.
- Collect and manage candidate list.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment reports.
- Update and manage organization chart.
- Support other activities of HR-Admin as assigned.
* Teamsize: 2 (Manager - Ms. Ngan; 1 staff)
REQUIREMENTS
* Must:
- Japanese N3-2, use/communicate at work
- Dynamic, love recruitment.
- 1 year or more recruitment experience.
- Basic Excel, office computer
- Withstand pressure
* Nice to have:
- Have background from headhunt companies
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in a Japanese company environment and understand Japanese culture.
- Experience in Admin, Design/Photoshop
- Always welcome candidates who are oriented to become General Human Resources.
■Salary in Gross & Net:
$~$ Gross Negotiable depending on capacity
WORKING CONDITION
From Monday to Friday
・Time frame: 7am → 4pm
・Closing schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday (Closed according to the Japanese calendar, not on Vietnamese New Year holidays), will be counted as overtime if working on Vietnamese holidays (x3 or x4 times salary depending on the day) big or small ceremony
