JOB CONTENT
- Communicate information to the sales department, cooperate with sales/suppliers/delivery to handle delivery-related issues;
- Make payment of shipping fees to shipping partners;
- Receive returned goods from shipping partners/customers through NVC, check the content of the customer's return invoice and send the invoice to the Accounting Department;
- Enter information data; provide delivery confirmation documents (POD) from the Carrier/forwarder to the Accounts Receivable Department;
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
REQUEST
- Graduated from college/high school;
- Have at least 6 months of customer care experience (Priority given to those who have worked in shipping units);
- Computer savvy
- Communication skills: Express clearly, simply, easily understood, and intuitively.
- Problem solving skills: Identify simple problems and follow available instructions and procedures to solve problems.
- Quick thinking, persistent, honest, responsible.
