WORK CONTENT
1. Controlling people and property:
- Monitoring security and safety of customers, contractors, workers entering and working in the building.
2. Control the vehicle management system entering/exiting the Building
- Operate the vehicle parking system for officials and employees of the building (according to the registered list), vehicles of guests coming to work in the building
- Ensure security and order at the control of vehicle cards in/out.
3. Lobby control
- Open/close the car door; umbrella (when it rains) for customers arriving at the main lobby area.
- For guests who come to transact, work as a security guard to guide them to the front desk, reception staff to receive guests, and at the same time guide guests to fill out the guest check-in form (according to the form) and issue an exit/entry card to the guest. guest.
- Ensure security and order in the main halls of the Building."
4. Patrol
- Ensure security, traffic safety, image for the outside area of the Building.
- Maintain security on all sides of the Building, regularly observe the entire area, promptly detect unusual situations (strangers, residents, disruptive drunk customers, marketing staff....) .
- Control assets, equipment outside the Building.
