Job description:
- Receive and process information about orders on the company's online communication channels.
- Consulting and selling electronic products such as phones, smart watches, tablets, computers, ... and services according to customer needs by phone.
- Support to announce preferential programs/promotions/orders when customers have demand.
-Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Job requirements:
- Male/Female, from 18 to 30 years old, graduated from high school or higher.
- Voice is easy to listen to, cheerful, skillful, friendly, enthusiastic advice.
- Use basic office computer.
- Ability to listen and understand customer psychology.
- Able to work under pressure, ready to work flexible shifts
- Priority will be given to candidates who are interested in phone and electronic technology
