Job description
- Taking care of customers, participating in proposing ideas in customer care support and handling complaints from customers.
- Introduce customers to information about products and services within the required scope.
- Receive customer requests about orders and delivery status through the processing channel.
- Identify causes, incidents, reasons, handling directions and remedial measures before ending a claim. requests/complaints after the customer is satisfied.
- Find out, analyze the cause and provide solutions to improve service quality.
- Capture and continuously update the company's policies and services
- Support and advise customers on suitable solutions.
- Conducting surveys and assessing customer satisfaction on service quality.
- Perform other job requirements assigned by the Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Having 6 months to 1 year in a similar position is an advantage
- Good communication skills, ability to persuade and connect with customers, grasp customer psychology
- Ability to work in a team and work under pressure
- Proactive, good situational handling skills, sociable, friendly.
- The voice is easy to hear, clear and clear.
