- Perform equipment maintenance according to schedule (for maintenance technicians)
- Handle machine problems during production. Responsible for controlling the status of machines and equipment.
- Participate in maintaining production machinery and specialized equipment in production according to regular maintenance schedule.
- Make technical adjustments when converting product structure.
- Adjust the technical parameters of the production machine to ensure the product meets requirements.
- Manage and control assigned equipment and machinery.
- Resolve incidents during the shift (for on-duty technicians) in the most reasonable and thorough manner.
- Accept the assignment of team leaders to perform daily team work and complete assigned tasks.
