Using the provided data: learn, analyze the needs and characteristics of customers, come up with appropriate plans to maintain and promote the number of orders of customers through GHTK;
Receive and handle complaints, take care of customers via Chat box and Ticket system. Handle tickets directly on the system within the scope of authority
Synthesize and report the status of service use of shops - partners to come up with a plan to improve service quality.
Working time: 4 options
1. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
Morning Shift: 8 am to 8 pm
Evening Shift: 8pm to 8am
2. Tuesday 5th Saturday
Morning shift: 8pm to 8am
Evening Shift: 8pm to 8am
Candidate Requirements
Female, year of birth
Have a sales mindset, customer care: standard voice, good listening, persuasion skills, flexible improvisation;
Be responsible at work, always follow up and solve problems to the end;
Friendly, sociable, enthusiastic;
Have a personal laptop.
