Job Description

Job details
  • Searching, exploiting and consulting services for new customers, customers
  • potential demand for freight services;
  • Using the provided data: learn, analyze the needs and characteristics of customers, come up with appropriate plans to maintain and promote the number of orders of customers through GHTK;
  • Receive and handle complaints, take care of customers via Chat box and Ticket system. Handle tickets directly on the system within the scope of authority
  • Synthesize and report the status of service use of shops - partners to come up with a plan to improve service quality.

Working time: 4 options
  • 1. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
    • Morning Shift: 8 am to 8 pm
    • Evening Shift: 8pm to 8am
  • 2. Tuesday 5th Saturday
    • Morning shift: 8pm to 8am
    • Evening Shift: 8pm to 8am

Candidate Requirements
  • Female, year of birth
  • Have a sales mindset, customer care: standard voice, good listening, persuasion skills, flexible improvisation;
  • Be responsible at work, always follow up and solve problems to the end;
  • Friendly, sociable, enthusiastic;
  • Have a personal laptop.

  • Gross income from 10m-20m/month
