• Receive potential customer data from Marketing and analyze customer feedback/requests, thereby evaluating and providing solutions to ensure that customer needs are met.
• Statistics, reporting, analysis, planning & forecasting business performance results weekly/monthly/quarterly
• Proactively contact customers by phone (in addition to the source of potential customer data from Marketing), introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the services the company is providing: Intellectual Property Services, Sales management support tools such as Website, App, ...
• Support negotiating quotes, contracts, and performing service contract signing procedures
• Be a bridge between the business and the company's project implementation team. Maintain relationships with customers before - during - after sales.
• Responsible for company assigned sales
