Receive and handle customer problems and complaints related to the company's products and services.
Analyze and clarify the causes of customer inquiries and complaints and advise appropriate solutions to resolve customer problems.
Reply to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services.
Handle calls, act as a bridge between customers and relevant departments.
Support customers to place orders, resolve exchanges, refunds or cancel orders.
Continuously monitor to promptly modify and adjust problems arising during customers' use of products/services.
Consulting on discount and promotion programs for customers.
Collect, research and analyze customer needs as a basis for proposing business development strategies to superiors.
Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
Representative gives gifts of gratitude, maintains good relationships with customers on special occasions such as holidays, Tet, birthdays, etc.
High school graduate or higher (preferred).
Have basic knowledge of oriental and traditional medicine products, especially Dong Nhan Duong products (priority).
Good communication skills, professional behavior, attentive customer service attitude.
Ability to effectively advise and persuade customers.
Highly responsible, careful and meticulous.
