Work with Creditors to negotiate/agree upon a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or chargedoff accounts on behalf of our clients
Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set forth by the department
Effectively manage a list of accounts to consistently hit your monthly production goal
Review client accounts to determine the availability of funds
Gather and submit the required documentation for approval and payment of settlements and fees
Champion teamwork and collaboration
Utilize multi-tasking and communication skills to work through the account queue and account lists provided by the creditor
Submit client settlement approvals
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
WORKING TIME : 22:00 5 days/week from Monday to Friday (Due to the market working entirely in the US)
