Job description: Plan and book tour services for customers. Update tour program data, customers on the software system. Communicate with customers. Resolve customer requests and questions by email, phone or directly at the office. Liaise with other departments to resolve problems that occur during the customer's tour. Evaluate tour results, summarize and report to management. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department / Board of Directors. Job requirements: Male / Female from 22 - 30 years old. Proficient in English, priority given to candidates who know French, German. Basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...). Graduated from College, University or higher. Agile, responsible, hard-working, able to withstand work pressure. Work experience: No experience in the tourism industry required.
