WORK CONTENT
- Recruitment: Developing and implementing recruitment plans at the request of the Board of Directors; take part in interviewing; Manage the process of welcoming, integrating, and trialing new employees
- Guiding and supervising the implementation of the Company's process/regulations, implementing appropriate KPI assessment for each personnel position.
- Develop, implement and train new regulatory processes issued by the company to the personnel in the company. Together with the Heads of Departments to build a professional training process for the departments
- Implement the work of firing, calculating salary - bonus, paying salary - trade, social insurance, personal income tax, ... and other regimes for staff.
- Manage personnel records, monitor personnel changes and update personnel information
- Propose policies on welfare, commission, salary and bonus, consider HR issues such as reward, salary increase and employee discipline, propose to the Board of Directors
- Organize and create activities to raise the company's internal morale
- Make periodic reports and perform some other tasks as arranged by management levels
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female, 2+ years of experience, strong in recruitment
- Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, recruitment processes and policies
- Experience in implementing and evaluating KPIs
- Dynamic, creative and vibrant at work
