Office Administration: Operate, organize and monitor administrative activities at the company, including managing assets, equipment, stationery, and other logistics.
Drafting, reviewing and managing all types of contracts: Commercial and international trade contracts: Sales contracts, transportation contracts, service contracts, and international contracts related to import and export.
Labor contracts: Create new, adjust and renew labor contracts; manage contract information and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Asset purchase and sale contracts: Prepare purchase or lease contracts for company equipment and assets. Investment contracts: contracts related to the company's investment projects, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the validity and benefits of the company.
Legal and personnel records management: Store and manage personnel records, labor contracts, appointment and dismissal decisions and related legal documents.
Update information and track changes in the human resources system (leave, termination, rewards, discipline,...).
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on administrative, personnel and contract activities for management.
Job Requirements
Gender: Female
Qualification: University graduate majoring in Economic Law (priority given to candidates with experience in law offices).
Experience: At least 3 years of continuous work in similar positions, especially in the field of logistics or import-export.
Skills: Proficient in drafting and reviewing various types of legal contracts, with solid knowledge of international labor and commercial law.
