Responsible for server system management; Intranet system, repair and troubleshoot computers, network systems, timekeepers, office surveillance cameras, etc.
Procurement, management, allocation and collection of facilities, machinery and equipment, information technology network for the company;
Make a plan for periodic maintenance, repair, upgrade, and purchase new office equipment, computer equipment, computer network to serve the work in departments of the company;
Support users to install and set up computers, software, and office equipment;
Managing the Company's internal online training system;
Prepare periodic reports at the request of managers;
Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
