Job content :
- Synthesize and cover administrative work;
- Drafting and controlling relevant documents of the enterprise;
- Perform administrative and personnel related tasks (social insurance, employee salary, ...)
- Perform accounting operations and daily revenue and expenditure reports of the business;
- Allocate documents, check the reasonableness and legality of accounting vouchers, declare tax, and report monthly, quarterly and yearly tax;
- Timely update information on relevant Laws;
- Perform other professional tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements :
- Age: under 35 years old, only female recruitment
- Graduated from university majoring in accounting;
- Experience: at least 2 to 3 years;
- Fluency in information technology office;
- Good English listening, reading and comprehension skills; TOEIC minimum 700 points
- Priority is given to candidates who can work immediately
