Tax Accountant - Fixed Salary From 10-14 Million at Ha Noi - Xuất Nhập Khẩu Big International Việt Nam

A. Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to those with tax experience in the commercial sector.
• Understand tax and accounting regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Communication skills, teamwork and independent work.
• Honest, careful, meticulous, highly responsible.

B. Job description:

• Collect and process invoices and documents daily
• Balance and adjust revenue between member units.
• Monitor, check the validity of invoices, and make corrections when errors arise.
• Pay taxes on time
• Plan or estimate monthly tax expenses / arising expenses if any
• Prepare tax declarations and reports according to regulations (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax...)
• Prepare annual financial statements as prescribed.
• Print books and documents after the report has been submitted to the tax authority and complete documents according to regulations.
• Arrange and store invoices and documents scientifically and easily.
• Building a strict and scientific tax accounting system
• Keep track of tax law changes.
• Other professional tasks assigned by the department head.
