- Working in departments within the hotel such as housekeeping, kitchen, reception ... in Japan.

- Be trained in skills & Japanese before exiting at Azumaya hotel with low cost & high quality. Training period 6 months.
- Training cost 30 million, only pay additional cost of application if you pass the interview
- Training allowance is 3 million/month, from the time of interview
- After training, have the opportunity to interview and work under contract at hotels in Japan, receive salary & benefits according to Japanese Labor Law.
- During the training process, Azumaya hotel is entitled to a basic allowance.
- Employees are entitled to fully participate in the insurance and social welfare regimes in accordance with regulations from the Japanese government.
