Receive and study technical requirements from customers or related departments
Determine technical parameters, dimensions, and materials of processed products.
Use AUTOCAD design software to create 2D, 3D drawings for details of processed products.
Ensure drawings meet technical requirements, are easy to process and fit CNC machine parameters
Programming machining programs for CNC machines
Optimize machining parameters to improve efficiency, minimize errors and material waste.
Support and monitor the processing process
Modify and improve drawings, adjust machining programs when errors are detected or when changes are requested from customers.
Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and work efficiency
Establish and maintain technical records
