Search for customer information through many different channels and contact and cooperate to build an agent customer system.
• Proactively contact and make appointments with potential customers in the self-search list or from the company's data system to introduce products, services, and incentive programs.
• Send information for customers to refer to and answer customer questions.
• Negotiate and persuade customers to become distributors.
• Conduct contract signing procedures.

• Proactively contact agents in the existing system to understand the situation and develop good relationships with customers.
• Timely support and answer questions, requests, and complaints from customers; Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly overcome problems that arise during cooperation with agents.
• Monitor contract expiration time to convince customers to re-sign the contract.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement the contract, ensuring customer requirements.
• Monitor the contract implementation process and service quality.

• Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in debt collection.
• Participate in training courses to improve qualifications when facilitated by the company.
• Make periodic and arising work reports.
• Fully participate in department meetings, report feedback from customers to have effective solutions and remedies.
