Job Description :
Looking for customers who want to rent office space
Post rentals / run ads on social media channels and e-commerce websites
Introduce, consult, answer questions of customers
Support customers to survey the office
Negotiate and close VP leasing contracts with customers
Ensure revenue and targets are set
Other tasks as required by superiors.
Income and Benefits:
Unlimited income according to ability: Basic salary + Allowance + Commission
Support for marketing costs, customer data costs
Job requirements:
Age: From 22 to 30 years old
Experience in a sales position (preferably in the field of real estate sales, office leasing)
Good communication skills, flexible and skillful handling of situations
Careful, Diligent, Honest
Working time:
Work during office hours
Flexible according to the requirements of the work and customers.
