1. Job duties:- Search, communicate with customers to introduce hotel rooms.
- Manage and update information on sales policy, availability and receive customer booking information through channels
- Inform relevant departments to prepare room setup for guests.
- Report back the day's work, arising, problems from customers.
- Update the list of old customers and search for new customers by region; Update customer information, create customer database.
- Customer care (phone calls, emails, meetings,...);
- Collaborate with Manager to set up promotional programs
- Other duties as requested by superiors.
2. Requirements:- Graduated from college or higher, have good English communication skills
- Enthusiastic and responsible in work.
- Experience in sales & marketing is preferred
3. Benefits:- Income: Solid salary from 8 to 10 million/month + business salary/revenue + Year-end bonus/13th salary
