Job Description- Plan to develop new customers, take care of old customers
- Process orders, complaints and delivery schedules. Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, completely and on time according to customer needs. Collect debts on time.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships. Exchange information, collect customer needs, information on new product trends and notify the Sales Team Leader and related departments.
- Other reports as required by superiors.
Candidate requirements- Experience: No experience required
- Good communication and customer care skills. Flexible and effective situation handling skills.
- Proficient in office software.
- Experience in chemical or automatic color mixing system is an advantage.
