1/ Search for customers:
-Search and collect customer information from various sources.
- Use Email marketing to send information about products and services to customers.
-Contact potential customers directly from your company's data or self-searched lists.
2/Customer care: Proactively contact customers who have used the service. Quickly resolve customer questions and complaints, propose appropriate solutions. Provide information about promotional programs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met, new product and service introduction programs are introduced. Participate fully in internal meetings with the company.
