• Take care of old customers and develop new customer system in the area, mainly Horeca channel - Handle feedback from customers and the market
• Negotiate and propose promotional programs
• Track import, export, inventory, analyze, evaluate, control inventory and import by week and month
• Find out information about competitors (prices, policies, programs...)
• Responsible for procedures related to orders, contracts and follow-up until orders are delivered, promptly notify customers if any unexpected problems occur.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
