- Search and develop customer network of GT, MT, Horeca, F&B channels,... according to the direction of the company and management level.
- Actively promote sales. Learn and continuously report updates on the market situation in the assigned area.
- Contact customers to confirm orders and delivery time.
- Customer care, management and tracking customer sales progress. Regularly contact customers to understand business requirements/questions and propose timely solutions. Urging and convincing customers to place orders.
- Support in debt collection. Support relevant departments when problems arise regarding procedures, invoices, and delivery with customers.
- Make business reports for the customer group in charge.
- Directly report business situation/results to Management.
