JOB DETAILS- Learn and research about the company's products to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers.
- Introduce, advise on real estate financial solutions and persuade customers to invest in the company's projects.
- Negotiate with customers about prices and contracts, close deals and assist customers in signing contracts.
- After-sales customer care, maintain relationships with current customers.
- Find customers through guided channels and provide data.
- Research business campaigns, build teams to have the opportunity to advance to higher positions.
- Participate in training sessions, market visits, and competitor research under the guidance of the team, group, and Company leadership.
- Participate in sales, honor and reward events of the Company and Investor
- Participate in Teambuilding sessions, corporate culture activities, and internal bonding of the Company.
- All professional skills, project knowledge, and soft skills will be trained and guided by the Sales Manager/Director until sales are achieved.
