Job Description

Online form : Receive data from leads/marketing to take care of and advise customers (available scripts with in-depth training, online consultation is mainly done through Pancake software).

Offline form : Welcome customers to the store: take care of and advise on company products. Participate in video recording activities to create personal brand images with the Media department.

II. Recruitment requirements:

Have personal laptop. Good appearance, standard voice. Priority for men, good at speaking and communicating
Have experience in online sales, if not, will be trained, confident communication, experience in jewelry is an advantage.

III. Benefits:

Income: Fixed salary 6,500,000 (1-week probation 50% LC, from the 2nd week, enjoy 100%) + %DS + Allowance (lunch, parking) + Hot weekly/monthly bonus + KPI exceeding bonus + Discount bonus. (Income level 10-40 million)

Working shifts: 3 flexible shifts: Shift 1 (Administrative shift from 08:30 - 17:30), Shift 2 (Evening shift from 18:30 - 24:00), Shift 3 (Night shift from 24:00 - 06:00)
